5. Intellectual property

All content (the general structure as well as software, texts, animated or static images, photographs, sounds, know-how, etc.) published on the Site is the exclusive property of French Lingerie Guide and is protected in accordance with the provisions of French law and international conventions relating to intellectual property.

Subject to the provisions of Articles L. 122-5, L. 211-3 and L. 342-3 of the Intellectual Property Code (hereinafter "IPC"), as well as the various terms of use determined by open licenses when content is identified as falling under such a license, any reproduction and/or communication to the public of all or part of this content, whether carried out by a natural person or by any automated means, is subject to express authorization by French Lingerie Guide.
